EnviroSense Design Build was conceived to pursue a specific purpose in the design and construction of buildings. Derived from the philosophy that our natural resources and the natural environment we live in need to be preserved; our purpose is to provide a sound design and construction option to ensure that every building takes into consideration the basic concepts of sustainable design.
Buildings are designed, built and renovated every minute of every day. Imagine the volume of material and energy that could be saved if it was common practice to design and build following the basic principles of sustainability! Imagine the energy saved over the life of a building! Construction with sustainability in mind is not a difficult endeavor, just one that requires a new perspective and commitment.
Projects completed with environmental principles, in most cases, cost no more to construct than traditional building practices; yet, these structures have proven to achieve extremely low utility and maintenance costs. The main function of any building is to create an environment for inhabitants to carry out some task. It has been proven that this type of design facilitates great enhancement to building occupant health, productivity and comfort.
